Daggett, Donovan & Perry, PLLC Daggett, Donovan & Perry, PLLC In 1872, John M. Daggett founded a law firm to provide legal services to the people of Arkansas. At the time, he could not have known that his venture would evolve into Daggett, Donovan & Perry, PLLC one of the oldest and most respected law firms in Arkansas and west of the Mississippi River. John offered a broad range of legal representation and we carry on the tradition with legal work in most practice areas. We believe that our clients should be able to turn to lawyers they know and trust for all their legal needs, rather than having to hire a different attorney for each legal issue. While we handle almost any legal matter, many of our clients turn to us for help in personal injury, real estate law, insurance law, aviation law, business law, family law, employment law, criminal issues, probate, and wills and trusts. We also have an active litigation practice, handling trials and appeals relating to most practice areas. Although each of us possess strengths in specific areas, we take a team approach, allowing each client the benefit of the entire firm's expertise. New clients come to us for many reasons but return because we always take a hands-on approach that gets positive results. We can only provide quality service if we establish good clients relationships and so our first priority is communication. We deliver an honest and frank assessment of every case from the start. When our clients call the firm to discuss their case, they will speak with their lawyer rather then a staff member. If their attorney is in court, with another client, or otherwise unavailable, we return that call promptly. Each step in the legal process is handled by an attorney, including research, writing, filing, and correspondence. Our clients receive updates on a regular basis so they know the status of their case. At Daggett, Donovan & Perry, PLLC, we know that we are hired for our training, experience, and because we get the right results. We do not waste our energies on the formalities found in the large firms, but concentrate on using the law to meet our clients' goals. The office is casual because our clients prefer a relaxed environment and we work better in a comfortable place. Our efforts are directed toward our clients' needs because our clients keep us going.
